Margao Electronics is a complete disaster for anyone needing PS5 Slim repairs. These guys are incredibly lazy and incompetent – a simple fix takes them 3-4 MONTHS! No updates, no urgency, just endless delays. They're noobs who drag their feet on basic jobs, delivering zero value.

Don't waste your time or money here. Their slow, useless service screams for real competition to force them to shape up. Go anywhere else – you'll thank me later.

They were the best electronic store I had ever been to but unfortunately they are indeed just scamming people right off the bat, nonsense reasons as to why my laptop wasn't working but still trusted them got a motherboard "fixed" by them but the actual problem was not even the motherboard it was an OS corruption which got fixed by just watching a Youtube Video.

I'd like to warn everyone who's going here for Laptop repairs cause these people are not trustworthy.

Do NOT trust them with your electronics. Slowest service imaginable, zero accountability. Go anywhere else—it's not worth the headache!

I bought a laptop here last year for coding and graphic design. Since it was my first laptop purchase, I relied on their advice. They recommended an i3 processor, assuring me it would be good enough for my needs. It hasn’t been. The laptop struggles to handle design software, and when I tried reselling it, everyone pointed out that it’s just an i3, so the resale value is almost nothing.

I trusted their recommendation, but it ended up costing me time and money because the product doesn’t meet the purpose I clearly explained. I’ve asked if they could take it back or help me out, but so far no solution has been offered

Use to see this shop as one of the best electronic shop. But my past experience is very very bad. Purchased one blutooth speaker (16000/-). But got some  issue( after warranty period). Given for repair next to their shop. Took two month for repair. Changed some parts (costing 2500).
Not working properly at all. Very unprofessional.

This place has been the go to repair for ages... It can considered to be the last option if you cannot get your product anywhere online but all electronics are overpriced💵which is what every retail does... The staff is alert but not approachable and helpful for new customers... This place has more Goa centric vibe and communication feels lost if you end up speaking English😔... If you have come down here for repairs then it will take days to get it done...the repair guy is Great and Helpful😀 but never seems to be present at any given time and it is better if you call ahead and inquire.. The shop however is well lit and maintained properly... The road to this shop is also very bad with lots of potholes and no parking for cars...

Not professional enough. The team’s customer service ethics are down to the drain. To start with, the associate seated just at the entrance for laptop repair / services is full of attitude. I wonder at 9:45 AM, just 15 minutes soon after the store opens for the day, attending to one customer prior to me in the entire office space, I come across a person like this associate who is un-professional to the core on all parameters.  Something like this is very unusual, I assume he is job security disturbed / family issues - nothing that I am under a loss at!! I did not ask much, while just a normal routine laptop check post stating that I could wait until this very un-professional associate was done attending to the kind customer before me. I left the store not thinking once as I was sure someone would be at my service. The associates attitude and un-professionalism is what made me take this on social media. Not forgetting the loss he made for his own company which I am pretty sure there have been many other customers walk out on the associates face previously. I wish the owner of "Margao Electronics" to look into this on priority basis. I am sure associate cleaning would definitely be required.

They take the stuff which cannot be repaired and give us date that come at this time and then they say the technician isn't there

Terible I had bought a PS4 Game from here and I paid 2000 for it they never told me that the game had an issue with it they said it is a great game and when I bought it home the game had problems with it so the next day itself I went to return the game to them and they told me that the game had an Issue and if im selling it back to them their only going to give me 500 for it like… srsly? yall never told me about the game issue before and within a day the game value drops down by 1.5k? and another incident I had was when my controller broke down I had given to them for repairing (I entered Margao Electronics) and handed the controller to one of the guys there and they said they’ll repair it and give it to for the price of 1.5k the person repaired it and gave to me but my issue came back in some time and my entire money was wasted and even the people working there are very rude especially when you dont buy anything and again I did not enter any D costa’s shop I entered in Margao Electronics and submitted my controller from there where my controller reached its not my lookout so dont come and reply saying that I gave my controller to some D costa guy Margao electronics took my controller for repairs and than who repaired it…. I have no clue🙏🏻

visited the electrical shop recently and was highly impressed with the wide range of products available. The staff was knowledgeable and provided excellent assistance in helping me find exactly what I needed. The shop's layout was organized, making it easy to navigate, and the prices were competitive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning for future electrical needs. Keep up the fantastic work!

What lovely people… I was stuck in hospital and the USB charger cable for my telephone broke. I phoned them up and they delivered a new one to me and wouldn't even take any money for the delivery. Highly recommended

Repaired a couple of cables. Job wasn’t too small (other local businesses refused). Price was very fair. Lovely people at the service counter. Highly recommended.

Worst place!
Do not buy anything from Margao Electronics. The things you’re buying might be fine at the time of buying… but then they get spoiled soon and then their after sale service seems to be attractive but when time comes they play games with you. Margao electronics says it does not undertake any repairing… Then all this while who has been taking my playstations to repair and scam parts from it? The last time I had given my playstations to repair, these people removed my parts. When I opened my playstation I found multiple parts missing.

I used to always like this store. However, their services have gone terrible as of late. From the last 10 days, their technicians were supposed to visit my house to check the inverter. One day their technician was supposed to visit at 4 pm. At 5 pm, I called to find out what happened. Apparently the technician took 'absent' from 1 pm. The customer service lady who takes the calls, keeps on saying that she will call the technician and get back. No return calls and when I call her to check what happened, she rudely cuts off the call. Absolutely terrible service.

Moreover if you call them at anytime they'll put your call on hold and act as if it's a very big store that they have to check with multiple people.

Anyone after that god knows why they have a lunch break from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Are you serious 2 hours of a lunch break what are they going to Vietnam and having lunch.

Seriously it's the worst place to give any electronic gadgets please never ever come over there.

The most Unprofessional team of People

I gave an Xbox One to check the issue, they said they would need to keep it for testing for a couple of days. Got a call back mentioning that it cant be repaired. My brother picked it up as I was out of town. Upon checking the internal contents, found out that they removed my 1TB SHDD drive and slotted in a 40GB broken drive. Luckily I had photos of it prior to this.
Immediately sent the owner a message, and he was kind enough to rectify the issue. They later returned my drive and gave a reason that it was misplaced.

Very unprofessional, low level cheap team of technicians. The owner should review them and take actions accordingly. Avoid this place at all conditions

I had given my Psvita twice cause my vita's analog stick wasn't working and it had problems after replacing it with a new one but they replaced it again (fOC) with another one which has scratches on its rubber grip and because of that it looks like my previous analog stick was replaced with other's device's stick. But my vita's working fine now, that's all i care about.
I had given my laptop cause it became slow and they installed win-10 and that made things much worse. I had to re-install win-8 again. So 3 stars!

Great store, very friendly staff and geniune services. They have almost everything. I ordered my PS5 from them and they got it to me in under 24 hours! Great deals and you can get just about anything at a trustworthy level!

If you need a hard to find electronic component, this should be your first stop. It's absolutely brilliant for djs searching for patch leads or plug adaptors

I visited this place to buy adapter for wifi router but ended up purchasing adapter, second sale yamaha keyboard and camera stand. The people here are courteous and will go an extra mile if you mention a requirement. There is also a repair and service center.
