Very helpful employees. I seen them servicing customers with patience n politeness. Was impressed by the way the treated my mother. Good place to get jio issues resolved. Quick n respectful service

Door open, cause not working, working but no cooling, entrance tiles broken, unkempt office overall, looks like a tired pulling somehow company... Is this really reliance office... & this have been noticing for quite sometimes
I carry great respect for the company... The staff is Very CO-OPERATIVE.. The only good thing. Pl attend the shortcomings... A true company well wisher.. 🌹

No network near jio showroom only what a jio sim they are selling i dont know its not the issue only for customers even to the staff who are working thr this type of jio is marketing there self woww hatsoff to jio and reliance say no to jio

I called up the store to ask if they had a jiofi device.
The person who received the call was very polite and though what I wanted wasn't available he cooperated very well and helped me by answering my queries.

The main problem I have with this store are it's timings. Being one of the only store in Margao to accept Jio sim Card change, they have short time slot compared with competitors.

Reliance store is where you get all products like mobile phones, tablets, accessories  and even Tv. With the recent hype of Jio sim card the store is full from launch of Jio services (5th Sept 2016) usually you have to wait for 2-3 hours to get a sim but if you wish to buy other products you are lucky and can skip the Que.
The store is quite spacious and has all facilities for customers and the offer a good service throughout  the week open all 7 days.

Cheap staff.cheat people  on 1 rupee..they don't return ur rupee when u buy recharge .plus be xtra careful if u buy anythinh from them. Especially from the long curly hair guy.

The dongle doesn't work with iPhone 7 As in Jio call app is useless
They had told me even if I put my sim in the dongle I will be able to call and receive calls which doesn't happen
Ayaz can only speak Hindi and Ismail is a liar

DONT GO ANY WHERE FOR JIO SIM CARD IN MARGAO THIS DIGITAL POINT IS   VERY QUICK..STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY  THEY GUIDE YOU VERY WELL..

Shop came in highlight after reliance jio came in light. It's dedicated jio center. You can get Jio sim as well as Lyf devices here.

Worst experience i had trying to buy a sim card. Don't even try to do it with an international passport. All the employees are lazy and incompetent!

Nice and easily accessible store if reliance in South Goa. for gadgets and most importantly jio sim.

The staff at this store are very knowledgeable and quick in troubleshooting issues relating to Jio Sims.

The boy at the front desk was not at all helpful or he must be not knowing the correct information. He didn't even make an attempt to know the issue and just gave one line answer.

Its a good place for purchasing phones and accessories and they attend customer promptly very happy with it
