I HAD Purchased a watch here…there were good collection…the staff was very nice down to earth…with good suggestion 😊

I really liked watch collection so much . they have manny options and staff also very polite. and staff explain you everything about watch i felt good when staff was explaining to me they wer so nicely talking to me

They have a good collection but when u enter any shop first thing u dont need is to be judged by someone,  that’s what i felt by the sales person who dint even attend me when I entered the store, n wen he did, i wasn’t happy with the responses and was trying to ignore me as well. I wud say, need to improve on customer service and experience .

I had a terrible experience at this watch shop. They don't have a proper exchange policy, which left me frustrated when I tried to exchange my product. To make matters worse, I needed to have my watch fixed and tightened, but the person responsible for that was on a lunch break at 4:30 pm! It's hard to believe a business that deals with timepieces doesn’t have staff available during working hours to meet customer needs. Poor service and lack of professionalism. I won’t be returning! Better to purchase these items online than dealing with these issues. Wasted my time coming all the way to Panjim for this. For a time shop, they certainly don’t know the value of time.
