Thank you so much for providing timely home delivery via your app. This makes it so easy for the elderly to receive their medicines on time in Margao /Goa. And when I called to request if medicines could be delivered sooner if possible, you guys made it possible!!!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. On December 2nd, I went to buy my monthly medicines here for the first time  the bill was around ₹2.5k  yet they still behaved like they were doing me a favor. They don’t listen properly talk with attitude, and have zero patience with customers. Instead of helping or giving clear information, they simply ignore concerns and act unbothered. When it comes to medicines, we expect at least basic respect and proper service, but u definitely won’t get that here. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values good customer care

On 24-03-25, I visited Wellness to buy medicine. I didn’t have change, so they tried to give me toffees instead. When I refused, the receptionist spoke to me so rudely, shouting like some ill-mannered street thug. It was absolutely unacceptable! When I pointed out the behavior, she arrogantly told me, "Don’t try to teach me!"

Is this the kind of customer service Wellness provides? I seriously hope the company trains its staff properly—or better yet, removes such unprofessional employees!

Had a last minute medicine requirements as prescribed by doctor before I travel. Was not available anywhere at all, at any other pharmacy. Wellness forever has made it possible to get what I need accordingly. Grateful and thank you.

Very slow service

On 17th September went to buy medicine at around 9.30 p.m. as the medicine was urgently required and was not available in the hospital pharmacy however one of the staff whom I approached was very rude and impolite in behavior and used harsh language which I never came across in any other pharmacy till date.

Very unprofessional staff, especially the trainees who were there in the counter on 25-March-2023. I asked for scalp lotion for my head and the trainee jokes and says khujli ka lotion Lelo! We walked out of the store and hope the owner notices these unprofessional unfriendly male staff member who is spoiling the sanctity of the workplace!

Before i used to get 15% discount also bt now they giving 10% only.. no use of buying over there because other chemist are giving 10%-12%..

The pharmacy is nice but the employees tell u they gave 10% discount but they never give a receipt with your medicines that means the employees are doing some kind of fraud, please be aware, ask for receipts, actually I went to both the pharmAcies , the one in Margao and the one near Vishal megamart Margao, both are different, one is saying I gave u 10% discount and the other one said nothing but both places I didn't get a receipt, that is kind of suspicious. I can give u my number if u think I'm wrong.

Unprofessional staff.... They don't know were the stock is .. just for 3 tablets was waiting for 1hrs. Wasting customers time and energy.

There are some inexperienced staffs, who will not inform u if they have medicine or not, and will make u wait till we ask some other staff. 80% staff working here are rude. After waiting for 10mins one staff was kind enough to search the medicine and give it.

Poor service. One staff was serving a customer. I & other customers was waiting at the counter & the other staffs are least bothered to give you service even after waiting there for 10 minutes

Pathetic inexperienced staff who at times do not know that they are dealing with meds and not a fast food restaurant. The staff are absolutely unprofessional,and do not have a customer centric attitude.

Useless service .you get the order in your hand after 3 to 4 hours after giving the order.so if you want the medicine from them urgently better go and get it your self.never going to order from them .they don't no the value of time .I am done

Staff in experience....very slow....your prescribe medicine they will not have...if asked to make available...you will never get it...their landline always gets busy....once late night i was calling them for urgent medicine phone was getting hock up tone...went personally to the pharmacy and saw that they removed the phone receiver and hooked up the phone.....Management need to put some Pharmacy experience staff....i more thing i notice..when i asked who is the registered pharmacist incharge for the duty..they were point blank slate looking at each others face.
