I recently visited Kaizen and was delighted to find that they catered to my gluten-free diet. Their I Am Content Open Sandwich was not only visually appealing but also delicious. The gluten-free bread used was soft and had a great texture. The sandwich was filled with fresh and flavorful ingredients that left me feeling satisfied. As a gluten-free person, it can be challenging to find tasty options, but Kaizen definitely delivered. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for an excellent gluten-free

Kaizen offers a great selection of salads. The options are varied and fresh, with unique combinations and flavours. The ingredients are high quality, and the dressings are delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Overall, it's a great place for a healthy and delicious dinner. Highly recommended.
