A very interesting outlet which offers various products, my favourite being A mildly moisturizing, mineral sunscreen that protects the skin from UV rays. It’s a perfect day cream for combination skin. I liked it.

The brand is good but the staff posted at the airport does not have complete knowledge of the range of products offered and does not guide well according to skin type.

I love the brand but the experience at the airport today was dismal. I came to buy a night cream and the gentleman insisted in talking about a new night balm and alternated between the night balm and serum. I specifically told him I have a very sensitive skin and wanted to use the night cream but he kept on talking about the balm until a time that he said you have to buy either the serum or the night balm else your needs will not be met. I asked him, are you saying of I buy the night cream it won't work on me he said yes. You 'need' to buy the balm. I was so put off by his pushiness that I left without buying. I told him how I entered the shop decided on buying the night cream but his pushiness and aggressive pushing of a product made him literally lose a sale.

It is sad because  I love your products. And most staff I have had a great interaction with. Here this kind of behavior was literally detrimental to business. Hope you look into it.

As the previous comment, I love the brand, but the sales agent used very agressive techniques to try to sell me products beyond the one i SPECIFICALLY asked for (a face cleanser). To the point that by the 5th time i had mentioned i Just wanted that product, she had put at the counter a moisturiser and the cashier told me the total for BOTH products (3000rs). I was about to leave without buying anything. It's a shame, cause their products are really good. But that's not the way to treat your customers

Although I don't believe in Ayurveda, the store itself is quite good.
