The experience at Karim's was so good! We got the chicken malai kebab, chick seekh kebab, and chicken jahangiri. All were amazing! Perfectly cooked and great flavors. Also very clean and the staff was so nice. Salim was very friendly and a great help in helping us decide what to order. Highly recommend.

Our team went for team lunch and had great lunch after many month.
We ordered chicken Buna and chicken malai tikka, for main course we had aloo keema and mutton stew along with chicken biryani . Also on rukshat recommendations we tried shirmal ( sweet roti) and it's was superb.
In end we had phirni and shahi tukda but I would recommend gold old karim phirni👍

I decided to order a selection of dishes, starting with the Seekh Kebab and Malai Chicken Tikka. Both appetizers were nothing short of spectacular! The seekh kebabs were perfectly spiced, tender, and packed with flavor, while the malai chicken tikka was incredibly succulent and creamy, with a delightful char that made each bite irresistible.

For the main course, I opted for a delicious chicken in gravy dish that was rich and aromatic, perfectly complementing the Rumali Roti I ordered on the side. The gravy was well-balanced and infused with spices that tantalized the taste buds without being overpowering. Each bite was a delightful mix of flavors that left me wanting more!

In today’s dining landscape, finding such delectable dishes at reasonable prices is a rare gem.

Overall, my experience at Karim’s was nothing short of wonderful. The combination of amazing food, a lovely ambiance, and affordable prices makes this restaurant a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine in Gurugram. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu! Highly recommended!

We went there for dinner, had chicken tikka and mutton nihari. Chicken tikka was very good. Mutton nihari was average, the mutton was excellently cooked but flavours were lacking. Good sitting space. Service was good. Seemed slightly overpriced. Can be tried if you want to enjoy good mughlai food in gurgaon.

We went there for dinner and ordered mutton seekh kebab with sheermal which was 4/5 and chicken jahangiri which was 2/5 as it was sweet and not as per brand expectations though the quantity was enough for 2. Sheermal was good. Staff were friendly and cleanliness was there. They had proper tap and sop dispenser to wash hands though outside due to space.

Ordered Dahi based Chicken Korma and got food poisoning. Suffering for last two days.

When our first time foods was really good.
Next time I visited and I ordered mutton SikhKab  same as my last time I ordered.  But this time 20% mutton and they mixed soyya. They try to fool me.  Please pay attention to what you order. I'm not sure I will go there again.  In india there's no food regulation and inspection I guess.  Dangerous to dinning.

I had high hopes for this meal, but unfortunately, the entire order was a major disappointment and demonstrated a severe lack of quality and authenticity.

Mutton Nihari: The dish was virtually inedible. It had a strong, unpleasant aroma that smelled distinctly like henna or dye, which completely overpowered any authentic Nihari spice or flavor. It was not even 10% of what a proper Nihari should be.

Khamiri Roti: This was misleadingly named. What I received was a dense, chewy Tandoori Roti, completely lacking the signature soft, airy, and slightly yeasty texture of a real Khamiri Roti.

Sheermaal: The bread was tough and hard, not the expected soft, mildly sweet, and rich bread. It tasted stale and had no hint of the sweetness that defines a Sheermaal.

It was a genuinely regrettable experience. The quality of the food was so poor that I'm sorry I even considered ordering from here.

Visited the restaurant on Saturday evening and had a really unpleasant experience. The staff were rude and clearly lacked basic manners and professionalism. It completely ruined the experience. The management really needs to train their staff on how to treat customers with respect.

One of the worst karim's ever encountered. Staff is clueless. Even the flavours doesn't compare to authentic karim. Waste of time thinking this is the actual Karim's. Word of advice to the owners, look into the food you are serving. Make sure your staff is attentive, and keep the orginal taste. Ordered the chicken malai tikka roll and mutton shami kebab roll. I can't say which was the worst.
