Painless pricks, timely test reports & courteous phlebotomist. I had to get my daughter's tests done yesterday as she was travelling as she has appointment at 10.30 am with the Doctor this morning. Bindu turned in time, her hand is so light that there was no pain at all. And the test results all came in yesterday itself. We are now ready for the visit to the Doctor. Bindu is our "family" phlebotomist ! Thank you Bind and Max Lab for the efficient & courteous services.

Sonali provides an excellent service and it is always a pleasure to see her.  Her skill in taking blood is second to none.  I have been left bruised and bleeding on occasions, but never with her.My veins were in very poor condition . But after she came to take my blood test , it was a different story. She provides an excellent service, she is methodical and takes her time.  She uses a small butterfly needle in the back of my hand which is far better for me as my veins are terrible.  I never feel like a patient but as her relative and I am very happy with her expertise.
