It was a nice experience here. Employees were well-mannered and polite here. Explained everything about the specifications.

However, after using the laptop for more than five months, I found that they were only luring by telling the specifications like it won't heat or lag. The battery don't even last for 1 hour and even after using it with ultimate care, I don't know what happened to it's charging socket. It turns on and off again and again. Additionally, they were also pin pointing other brands that they won't provide you this much of specifications but it's not like that. I'll suggest you not to go with Asus.

These people coerce their customers to give them good review... Asus laptops are good, this store and the employees in it are really bad...
They'll approach you in a good way in the beginning, but they don't know anything about the products they are selling, and absolutely unsupportive when it comes to getting warranty claim service...
They had pressed me to give them a 5 star review, and I'm very much sure people who have made a purchase from them know what I'm talking about...
