The best service experience i’ve had with opticians till now, I had recently purchased meta glasses which started to have issue and i was scared if my money went to waste but the way the team handled the entire process of resolving the issue couldn’t have gotten better and i can say for sure this place is my new go to place for opticals!

Very warm and helpful staff. Suggested great frames and lenses. The shop has a nice collection. Eye tests can be done in the shop, very fast and convenient. I'd definitely recommend.

Pathetic experience. When we went to shop we were shown specs by Mr. Nagpaul. At first, He seemed like someone who knows the product in and out. Caution: He can talk and talk endlessly. And on his recommendation we bought 2 glasses from there. Right after few months, the frame literally melted from both the sides. We went back to complaint and to our surprise we got a response from Mr. Nagpaul that he had been receiving such complaints and that it’s due to sweat that frame is getting damaged and yet he won’t do a thing to cover the damages. So much for knowing his products. Had he been a true sales guy he would have found out a feasible solution for his customer. But unfortunately they only believe in increasing sales and blatantly ignore after sales service. So if you are in for wasting your time and money then please go and buy products from him.

The owner of the shop was extremely helpful as well friendly resolved my issue within 5 mins…
