I recently visited Mirch Masala and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options available. As a vegan myself, I appreciated their commitment to offering plant-based dishes. I ordered the sweet lassi and it was delicious - perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. I also tried their mushroom tikka masala and it was absolutely flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend Mirch Masala for anyone looking for tasty and authentic vegan options. They definitely deserve a spot in the top vegan-friendly restaurants
