I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I got my laptop’s touchpad replaced along with the power jack. Initially, they informed me that the material cost would be ₹3,500, with ₹500 as a service charge. However, after carefully verifying the actual cost of the parts, I found that the material should have cost a maximum of ₹1,800 (as per market) for both the parts, meaning they overcharged me heavily for service.

This place is clearly taking advantage of customers by inflating prices. Moreover, the behavior of the girl at the shop was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lacked basic manners and made the entire experience even worse.

Bought MacBook Pro from here yesterday. Very good options, displays. Owner is very calm and explains nicely. Once try this shop for used Laptops , desktops, Macs . Prices are reasonable and fix. Which is good. Will visit again here.

The experience was totally terrible! My hard drive was out of order and I took along with my computer to ask them fix it. After 1 week I got it back, they said they had fix it already and replaced the old hard drive with a new one. OK I paid for it then, but turns out after 3 days it was out of order again!!!!! I wonder did they really change the hard drive for me????? how come a new drive can die that fast?????just 3 days???????? I was frustrated and called them again, they ensured that they had changed a new one for me already and refused to change for me again. totally bad services

Hi, guys I just bought  my second laptop from here and really appreciate their service and friendly  behavior. All products that I had bought  earlier  were very fine and really  reccomend those who are looking  for good laptops in reasonably price. It will be a satisfactory experience  for you. Thumbs Up 👌

We purchase mac book from here very helpful and coprative man. Wide range of laptops available here,  guys there is no use of taking new laptop u can find such nice deals here which cost nothing.

Please avoid this business. I had purchased a laptop for 25000 which didn't work for 25 days. When I went to buy laptop from this person his ratings were 4.3 but may be due to poor practices the ratings have gone down to 3.7. Long story short, please avoid this business.

they are thieves.  do not buy any product from them.  at the time of billing if you choose UPI or online payment they will charge you an extra 1% on the total amount and say that money will go to their TRADING ACCOUNT and we have to pay tax now.  and never mention anything about the tax on the final bill. this is how they cheat. sale chor. manjeet and that fat girl both are over-smart and chor.  i will never recommend them.

Don't buy old laptop or any other item from this shop, I have got one laptop in Feb'21 which started malfunctioning after 1 week, gave them back and they repaired it, it's again started malfunctioning and now came to know that CPU need to replace ... don't buy any old electronic item specially from this shop and this market .. really upset about my decision

I am using my previous dell laptop since 10 years and it's working perfectly fine even didn't need to change the battery, as my usages is quite less... coming to your reply, you should check laptop and only sell those which are working fine, if laptop is getting faulty with in first month than what's the point of selling such bad product and same problem is coming again... my buying experience was really horrible and your response is worst to that .... gor life long learning that never to buy second hand electeonic product specially from any other shop ...

The shop actually they don't show interest in people showing their products itself i thought u buy a laptop from it but I did not bought a laptop willingly because the response they shown to me was really awkward and first know the behavior to customers.i am escipally talking about a girl who will be sitting in cash counter.Take care frnds❤

Giving a rply here does not change the reputation.i had remembered that u just showed me one laptop Md hesitated to show as a customer I would see atleast 3 to 5 laptops and after asking 2nd one u guys showed ur rude behavior.

make fool of people show lowest price on OLX ads and when visit the shop they asking higher prices. and give response that the add was old it is automatically renew by olx.

We buy dell latitude E7470 under warranty laptop . Really a great deal and very satisfied with product and very good man
