I had an excellent shopping experience at this shop. The staff and owner both were particularly helpful,who went above and beyond to assist me.i will definitely be coming back!

I used to buy parts for my car but since the.tme his son took over shop, its pathetic behaviour and prices are not trustable as he ask anything...
Whole shop is destoyed after uncle not active in shop

Not recommended, as they are not good over telephonic, not good behave when talk to there customer, now a days people get details on phone to save time.

They are cons not business men, I got my card. Checked right next to the shop and needed a part, actually they recommended the mechanic,I bought the part, however it did not fit,I kept requesting to replace the product or give me something else in place of the product, but the young arrogant guy just refused saying once paid we don't entertain. All this happened within 5 minutes,not that I was asking for a replacement after a while. I could have shouted or badmouthed,they basically don't care about well mannered people. The mechanic offered to get the money in 2 minutes, but I refused.

Owner is friendly and highly skilled.
I highly recommend.

Workers of Chawla Motor are also very co-operative nature. All are very sound in technical knowledge of all types of Car Spare Parts.
Material available at this shop is very genuine & price charged is also upto mark. Mr Chawla tackle needs of customers very effectively.
Overall this is the top most successful shop.
Only difficulty in approaching this shop is because of Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon is not taking to repair roads at all & there exist no traffic staff for which Mr Chawla is repeatedly requesting MCD
