I walked in to get my buds audio issue, they said warranty may be void due to scratches. They cleaned it issue resolved. I'm going home happy. Gaurav from front desk was helpful.
Nothing like good old Nokia days, where you walk in with a device under warranty and the staff asks no questions and gives your repair or replacement. No questions asked.
However now modern service center frontdesk to find scratches and make them qualify as dents or find other ways to void your warranty.
Couldn't say if they do this in their own capacity or is being directed by Samsung higher ups to do the same.

My experience with the Authorized Samsung Service Center – Advance Technology, located at 1st Floor, SCO 4, Old Delhi Road, Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana, was extremely disappointing. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and lacks basic manners, especially in the way they speak to female customers. Even though my product was still under the service period, they refused to provide proper service and instead gave incorrect and careless responses.

This service center staff doesn't have any work ethics and doesn't follow professionalism while dealing with the customers particularly Mr Gaurav. I went with a screen issue for a samsung phone. He was not ready to even send it for furthur inspection. After multiple persuals, he sent it and then informed over call it is rejected. I asked him to share the reasons for rejection over email to which he said he is not authorised. Where is the transparency between customer and service center here if he is not ready to share over email? He said you can talk to toll free customer care for any furthur queries.

Also, post visiting service center to collect back device, he spoke very rudely to us and was not even ready to provide any explanations. He made remarks like "customer can say anything for which we are not answerable" etc.

He also didn't accept the their was a line which was not there when we gave the phone on the screen vs when we got it back. (have attached proofs as well). He made a remark that this is because of screen guard removal. I do not understand what is the relation between device screen and screen guard.

I do not think this is the standards Samsung service centers have as I have visited multiple service centers in the past across India.. I would like Samsung to take immediate actions in trainings their staff particularly for this service center. I do not care what happened to my phone but I do care how customers are treated and clearly this service center lowers the standards and tarnish Samsung as a brand to serve customers.

Location : The service centre is located on the 1st Floor of the Building.

Parking : It is there below the building. Depending on space availability you will get parking. Alternatively parking is there in and around that area which you can pay and park.

Service: Very good and very helpful staff

The on-site team was highly professional and attentive throughout the process. Gaurav, in particular, went above and beyond in providing excellent support and assistance with my device. His prompt responses and helpful attitude made the experience smooth and hassle-free.

5 star service provided by this samsung service centre, changed my S24 Ultra display with 5 hrs same day. No questions asked as my phone was under ADLD samsung care plus warranty.
Thanks to all the staff of this service centre.

Waiting time is less. Accessories are available original. I would like to tell everyone to always get the phone repaired from the service center only. Owsome Service for this center.

Be very warned ⚠️! The worst service center and full of scammers just like their brand Scamsung.  My phone is in full warranty phase and has started developing a black dot (dead pixel). Upon probing, their technician reported dent and step mark. When we asked them to show where exactly these damages are on the phone they went radio silent, as if they have been gagged . And this, Ms. PRITI THAKUR... what a pathetic customer agent. She just gave me one call to apprise me about the pickup as the technical team has rejected the service (under full warranty) for a handset that is is pristine condition and never cared to pick up my umpteen calls for further clarity (had called her 7 times on a working day within working hours).

You be damned if you read the sponsored reviews and not trust on the genuine ones like mine! Please please be more cognizant and avoid visiting or purchasing Samsung products. Save some more and buy an authentic premium brand but not this sketchy one.

Very poor service , had getting a yellow line in my samsung 21 fe smartphone , I had gone to service centre sector 14 gurgaon, they told have to change display & cost is 11000/- .
They even not checked my phone , what is the issue , if there may be problem with technical thing , but they had very rude behaviour with stright 1 line answer.
I had insist to checked once the phone , may be there some another reason , but they don't.

Very poor service. Their contact number is only for outgoing service and not for incoming service. It’s always switched off when you try to call. Staff is useless with no experience.

Poor service and no solution of problems if your mobile is in warranty period. Many if and buts to repair mobile by taking money despite mobile is in warranty
