I recently tried the fried rice with Manchurian from Lights Action Curry and I was blown away by the taste! As a vegan, it can be tough to find tasty options at restaurants, but this dish did not disappoint. The rice was perfectly cooked and the Manchurian had a great balance of savory and spicy flavors.
