After waiting almost one month, I received a device that was NOT as advertised.
❌ Device delivered with BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED
❌ Security warning appears on startup
❌ Unsafe for UPI / banking apps
❌ Condition not “like new” – visible used marks
❌ Replacement device had the same issue again
Despite multiple follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, calls, and social media, responses were delayed or auto-generated. I have not been able to use the phone even for 5 minutes.
A bootloader-unlocked phone without disclosure is a serious security risk.
This is not acceptable for any consumer, especially when advertised as “neat and clean / like new”.
I am sharing this so other customers can be aware and make informed decisions.
I am now proceeding through official consumer and legal channels.
