Sometimes trying to be extra sweet to sell more stuff and moody sometimes not caring for customer... Store have very limited stuff... The other store have good collection comparatively.

DO not visit this store if you are looking for any service . Absolutely unprofessional staff , no knowledge and have no intent to help. We reached out to buy a few products and for some service. We finalised our products and when requested for help to get our car seat fixed, the store manager told us that they need certain approvals and their staff was on leave so it will take a day and we were fine and we started coordinating with the approval process . When we put the manager of this store on phone , he started giving excuses saying now he doesnt know when will his staff return from leave and we might have to wait for uncertain number of days . He was just finding out ways to avoid fixing of the car seat. He went from will take 1 day to dont know how many days in just 15 days. Pls do not spoil your and your kids day by visiting here. Fortunately we have a lot of stores around who are always ready to help.

Harrasing, Pathetic, scary experience because of your sales person Om, he has spoken so rudely and badly to me, he dont have manners at all you should take strict action against him firstly he didnt know how to apply the coupon he has asked 7 times my number i was standing quietly and politely giving my number as times he asked, in middle he has started entertaining other customer when i had raised my concern that i was standing already since 40 minutes i was there why you have started billing other customer he has rudely said apki wajah se late hua hai is this the way he or anyone should say to customer. Because of his treatment second customer has fought to me unnecessarily and that too horribly then also no one from store has intermediated. I litterly had first time such scary, horrible and harrasing experience.

The staff is totally incompetent if handling its customers . Maximum time the store does not have variety. In addition to this the store manager will also not let you know the term and conditions of the offer that is being currently running in the store.
The website allows returns however when i went to this sector 22 store to exchange the product that i had bought the store manager directly without checking anything , he reaponded that it was in offer and cannot be exchanged or returned however i had picked up in fresh. When i stated this he said ohh you bought through coupand and hence it will not be exchanged or returned.

Pathetic service...as you in this pandemic situation we guys unable to travel anywhere..so due to trust worthy brand we take carry cot from them...but we dnt like the material..but told them to please take it back and dnt give us money in exchange we take something else... but the owner is deny...I think if I am going to ordering the Amazon they also have a return policy...but in future I am going to recommend to go first cry to buy something...
