From last 1 year asking for time delivery but they are irresponsible

Most pathetic agency. Mesage I received of delivery but never delivered to ne.

The delivery guy is very rude. Sector 46 gurgaon. Always brings less weight cylinder and if asked to bring complete cylinder then he says that "time se cylinder aa raha nah toh inko pura bhi chahiye"..
Such bad attitude.

Pathetic agency ever, they take total 10 days in delivering a cylinder. Their hawkers are so rude while talking and deliberately delaying the delivery process. Would recommend everyone to not to take the service from them.

Hardly available on phone, have to do multiple follow-ups for everything.

Ite very bas service because sometimes celendr ceel damage and celendr wait mismatch and delivery person not delivered on time delivery person sometime Shay today celendr not available you can receive tomorrow or day after tomorrow celendr delivered showing delivered but physically is not delivered so I request for agency please resolve this problem 🙏🙏

I am writing this review to appreciate the level of customer service this agency has. I went there for an address change and I was done within 5 minutes. Very promptly and generously attended by the staff. Their delivery staff is also very professional and humble. Kudos guys!

My experience so far has been good. I shifted to this distributer recently after I moved to Dwarka expressway. I got the TTV done online with address change. They responded on call. I also got my refill the very next day of placing the order online. Only thing is I had to visit the office to collect my new gas booklet with updated details. They got the booklet prepared and handed it over to me almost immediately.

They provide the gas on time at longer distances as well as on your doorstep. working staff is good as well as co-operative. They focuses on quantity of gas and quality of service delivered as takes reviews time to time by giving a call.

Two booking made.. none got delivered… no response… after two three times of calling they stopped picking up calls… it’s been 2 weeks

Had to go there specially to get the connection transferred to a new district. On the other hand, getting a new connection is very easy you get that done at home. Amid the corona virus, nothing is changed. Like most organisations, gas agencies also need to go online to support customers better with no exposure or contact.

pathetic service. they dont pick up phone if they pick the lady sounds as she cant hear you. Pathetic is still better they are worse, deliver after a week time .When you get strict they can deliver in an hour, that too without receipt.

Worst experience my cylinder have gas leak and I call them to repair this that time they ask money for repair .I contact with customer care and complaint against agency after I call them our guy will come after 2 hours. And agency guy told next time we not give gas and change agency . I will surely complaint against this. Worst customer service

As a gas Cylinder provider it's ok.
Gud service In and Out side.
1 point deducted because there are no space they had. You will have to submit cylinder from back side and office in front side that's a issue as customer.

At first we take open new lpg connection from one delivery person who deliver gas cylinder with gas book in Sikanderpur,sec-85 and,He don't register my phone number with gas account.Therefore I can't oder gad cylinder from miss call from my number.Shyam Sai Indane's stuffs, who delivery gas cylinder has very worst behavior to us in last delivery. Even don't reply anymore about our query.

The gas service agency does not provide the better support. They only know single mode to book the process. The government allows multiple process for booking. Every time we called for update the profile but they do not aware about the process.

The useless service in initial days are poor and due to them we are not able to process for Digital one

Two days passed but cylender yet not diliverd takes too much time in delivery

Delevery boys is very bad 😔😔😞😞 cylinder are not delivered in booking after 5 days 😡😡
I want cancel my 😥😥gas connection 🙏🙏
