We had a lovely experience visiting Electronics Mart - Golf Course Road.

We entered as a customer into the store and I am happy to say we left feeling like a family member. The entire staff at the store was professional, courteous, helping, knowledgeable and had a smile throughout and as a customer thats what I would want to see when I enter a store by something.

Kudos to the entire team and a special mention to the store manager Ms. Ankita Roy, who ensures every customer inside the store is given equal attention and great care while they decide their purchase.

We will surely be back soon, not sure to buy what but if nothing then for the coffee and for the normal catch up with the team for sure.

Wishing all the very best to the entire team all the very best for next year, may you all be blessed with great health, abundance of wealth and unstoppable family team.

Good store with good collection. Visited the store to buy AC where Salesman Umesh attended us well with all the required info and offers. I was able to make my decision, pay and got the delivery done on the same day.

Horrible Experience. Went there to buy a TV and finalised one, at the time of making the payment, their manager Mr. Shubham Arora said we cannot honor the committed price and it has now increased by ₹4000. We told him that he confirmed us the price and how can price go up within like 20 minutes of our discussion, to this he replied he has just received new price list and he is the supreme authority, if we have to buy then we must buy on his terms and conditions else leave the store. Disgusting behaviour. Got the same TV from another well known store for 7k less. Please avoid this store if you want to have peace of mind. They will neither honor the committed price nor delivery timelines and to top it all you will be treated very badly.

My first visit to Electronic Mart and have a wonderful experience. Ankita's team comprises of Neeraj, Mithun and Chandan. Excellent team with full knowledge of the products which made our experience comfortable and hassel free.

This is completely unacceptable. The AC delivery has been delayed without any valid reason, and your team has repeatedly failed to honor committed timelines. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been zero accountability, misleading assurances, and extremely poor customer service.

This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is shocking. Making false commitments and then ignoring customers is not how a responsible company operates. You have caused significant inconvenience and wasted my time.

I suggest not purchase anything from
Electronics mart.

Very polite Sales men but after paying for the product you are on your own. Would commit delivery date and won't deliver on the date. There is no way to contact them as the phone numbers on the invoice do not exist. Even the regd. Office in south phone no on the web site is non existent.

The store doesn't have a contact number, all numbers given on their invoice don't exist. They take the entire bill amount, promise to deliver the product or supply it the next day, but they don't deliver it.
There's no number where u can contact them.
