Absolutely unprofessional staff. Get ready that in case of any problem you will find nobody to be responsible. The management (Tuneus, Rahul) are not keeping their promises according to the agreement. One more story: I was planning to celebrate my birthday with friends over there, they ruined it, spoiled my mood and didn`t even apologize for this, so I had to call my friends who was already on their way and we spontaneously went to some other place, where we were treated nicely. There are many good restaurants in NCR, but you and your events are unique, don`t waste your time and nerves!!!

Went a bit early in the night at 8pm and the restaurant was all prepped and had no crowd ( I took a glimpse at 10pm and it was full).

Seating was prompt, ther server was super attentive and helped me understand the menu offerings.

The chef is italian and loves making authentic dishes. Not ur indianised pizza but proper italin one. Although do avoid the sushi which wasn't great for some reason I couldn't pinpoint.. ordered some mocktails and they were great too.

If you’re looking for a nice place to go and sit quietly (especially in the winter) this is a great place to go. You’ll get comfort and peace with dim lights and a nice ambience.

The food is fab! That’s it. There isn’t a further need to say more. Try it for yourself and you’ll know what I mean. It’s fresh and delicious, you’ll enjoy every bite.

They also have a decent selection of alcohol and cocktails and mocktails, too. Perfect place to go with your loved one(s).

The service can be a little slow perhaps but they’re a helpful bunch. On the downside though, you’ll have to gulp your drinks down quickly if you’re going in the summer. Else you’re safe.

Overall, it’s a wonderful place to have a good meal and outdoor dining.

My partner surprised me on my Birthday with this wonderful Dinning The atmosphere was warm and inviting, Special thanks to "MOHEIN" the service impeccable, and each course was a delightful fusion of flavors that left a lasting impression. Truly, a dining experience that excites the senses and sets a new standard for excellence.

Every dish was a masterpiece,   perfectly balanced in flavor and presentation, making for an unforgettable culinary journey.

We went to celebrate my sister's birthday. The whole experience was amazing. The ambience, the music, the food, the drinks, everything was amazing. It was such a royal experience. The staff was courteous and friendly. The manager, Sachin, did a fantastic job. I recommend everyone should go to Ladera

Went there for my anniversary plus valentines dinner. Was charged 8000 as cover charges. However, it included superb tasting food and an amazing ambiance. I was in contact with Mr Sachin, who made  setting up this dinner so much easy. He is very helpful and knows his work . The only thing I think could improve is the service at the table. Had to wait a lot before someone would come to the table and take the  order. Overall, it was a great experience. All thanks to the Ladera team.

The place is calm, romantic and the ambience is great. Bread, pasta, soups, deserts are amazing. Its slightly on the expensive side. Loved the experience.

From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the ambiance; it was warm, inviting, and exuded a sense of elegance that set the perfect tone for the evening.
However, what truly made our visit exceptional was the impeccable service provided by Surender and his team. Surender's attentiveness and professionalism was truly commendable. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of perfection. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the main thing I like about the restaurant is there all white theme and the staff. There staff was so goof and friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good and the veg pizza🍕 was so tasty and delicious, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it !!!

Amazing food polite staff and great ambience

Hands down one the best place for European food. Order anything pizza or pasta or rissoto. Close your eyes and just put your finger, you won't be disappointed. It has open sitting area, so best for dinner dates. Slightly costly but not overpriced. You do get experience worth it. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

This is great place to plan a perfect date. We went here to celebrate my girlfriend’s bday and they are organised it perfectly. We ordered couple of dishes and they were really good. If you like italian cuisine you have got to go here.
The ambiance and service was awsm and there ample parking space in front of the restaurant.

Great romantic location that specialises in Italian cuisine. Their white sauce pasta is really good and they also serve wood fired oven pizzas. Must visit.

No words to describe how BAD this place is. We made a reservation 6 days before valentine's day. I called them 4 hours before going there and still I had to wait 1 hour to get the table. The staff and the manager, Parvinder, were all clueless as to what's happening during the entire evening. There were only 2 waiters so can't really blame them. The manager was running around but couldn't get anything in order.

Finally we got a table, which we had to literally grab cz there were 6 other couples waiting to get a seat.
When I asked the waiter to clear the table, he took 15 minutes just to that and then another 15 minutes to get me the menu card.
Since nobody was coming to take the order we had to leave from here. All in all I wasted 1.5 hours just looking at the manager and the waiters.
Worst experience and a perfect example of how a restaurant shouldn't be run. My advice - go anywhere but here cz these people don't know

Exceptional service .The food taste and quality is just top notch. The ambience is just amazing.Presentation of the food and drinks are outstanding.

Ladera is one of the best fine dining Italian places in Delhi/NCR. The food and ambience were cosy and apt for a dinner date. Though they have limited vegetarian options but were good. The staff (Sachin, Prakash, and Anjali) was cordial and very helpful in setting up the place,they did an amazing job in decorating the cabana. Thanks for making our date beautiful.

Less items on food menu, we tried pasta - not enough for 2 but tasted good

On weekday we had the place to ourself ( it was slightly cold, although they have outside gas heaters)

Very slow service... As per them 40 mins. are the minimum time that you would need to wait to get tea in your room..
Rooms are also very small and not upto the mark... I would say that 2* star hotels have got pretty good big rooms and much faster service..!
