Love the app and the constant offers on it. The subscription is very affordable and providing an option to get weekly subscription is cherry on the top since I don't each outside often. I mostly use the app to buy Gift Cards as they are almost always available cheaper on the app compared to other apps. The UI & UX is great as well. Though they do not have an official customer care no. or chat option available, if you register a complaint against any store/merchant, they callback within 30 mins and try to solve the issue. My only complain is that some form of payment such as Credit Card & Amazon Pay are not available for some accounts while they are available for others and they don't restock once out of stock products such as Flipkart Supercoin or Phonepe gift card quickly. There notification when the stock is available again is broken as well.

I regularly order food through this app, and it often comes with significant discounts. Each transaction earns you coins, which you can use for a Pro membership that offers free delivery. If your food is delivered as expected, it's the best app; however, if the delivery person refuses to deliver, you're left with no immediate recourse. Unfortunately, the customer support is not very good. There are instances when the delivery person denies delivery, and there's no way to contact customer support, resulting in an order cancellation. The refund process can also be problematic. These issues are why I'm giving this app 3 stars.

Very poor experience with the Magicpin Restaurant Partner app. There is no proper customer care number and no way to connect with support when facing issues. When problems happen with orders or payments, the app gives no real help or response. A partner platform should provide proper support, but this app completely fails in that area. Very disappointing service.

Very bad experience with Magicpin. Almost every time I place an order, it either gets cancelled or not delivered to me. The worst part is that my money does not get refunded properly or it takes too long to process. This has happened multiple times, and it is extremely frustrating. As a customer, I expect reliable delivery and proper refund support, but Magicpin fails in both areas. I do not recommend ordering from this platform until they improve their delivery system and refund process. Very disappointing service.

Recently I ordered Chinese food from the website and its condition was so were so bad that I couldn't eat. I contacted customer support from the app but I am not got any valid reason behind the lack of quality quantity and the food items which were ordered. Customer support so irritating that first I am asking them to keep my complaint open since one day and again and again they closed my complaint status. This behaviour is not at all tolerable.Even with after connecting with them for more than 12 hours are problem has not be resolved.Finally they gave me 40% discount on 200/ order that is also valid for only 7 days . I tried reaching them from other platforms but no response. I could not understand what is the use of customer support then ?

Please shut down both your shop and your fraud — how long will you keep doing this fraud? P I’m writing this message out of extreme frustration and disappointment. I own a shop in Mukherjee Nagar, and before I made the payment, your executive made several promises regarding lead generation and proper support. However, after the payment was done, they completely stopped responding — no calls, no proper replies, nothing. This is absolutely unprofessional and feels like a complete fraud. Your company’s behaviour clearly shows that you only make fake promises to get clients and then vanish when it’s time to deliver. I demand an immediate response and resolution. Otherwise, I will be forced to take this matter further and share my experience publicly so others don’t fall into the same trap.
