⭐ 1 Star – Absolute exploitation, lies, and mental torture
I am beyond disgusted. These people seem to exist only to create suffering for others. They have been illegally holding my entire 1BHK household items for more than a month and they are STILL holding my goods even now. No urgency, no accountability, no ethics — nothing. They clearly do not care that someone is left without basic belongings for weeks.
Because of them, I have been living without my furniture, clothes, kitchen items, and essentials —  like a homeless person. Not once did they show concern or responsibility.
What they did instead was lie repeatedly and shamelessly:
“Bas saman chadh gaya hai”
“Kal pohonch jayega”
“Chandigarh pohonch gaya hai”
“Bas aapke paas pahunchne wala hai”
Every single statement was a lie. I even sent my friend to Chandigarh to verify their claim — and shockingly, the goods were never there. They were still with these people in Gurgaon. This is deliberate deception.
The mental harassment, stress, anxiety, and financial loss I have suffered is unbearable. Just thinking about the kind of people running this business makes me feel sick. This is not unprofessionalism — this is pure exploitation.
Please do not trust them with your belongings unless you want lies, delay, and mental torture. Stay away.

Had a great experience with Dream relocation. Took their service to get my bike transported from gurgaon to Mumbai. They offered the service in the lowest price in market and the service provided was beyond expectations. All transporters were asking a time period of minimum a week but they told that it would be transported in just 4 days. Surprisingly bike arrived before the expected time. They took just 3 days to get my bike in Mumbai. Apart from this, there was a minor damage on my bike (generally happens in the process) I got the instant payment for the damage caused to my bike. It was really great experience with them and would highly recommend!!

Very bad commitment and cheaters. They have quoted me INR 3000 to transfer my two wheeler from Gurgaon to Ahmedabad and charged INR 1500 extra once they carried my bike. This extra charge was never quoted before but they blackmailed me that bike won't deliver unless I pay them. The people are fraud and cheats at later stage. Don't fall in their trap ever.

Great experience of the delivery, agent were so nice in behaviour. They delivered my luggage from Mumbai to haryana in the time limit they said, without any damage . I will recommend you to contact them if you want any transportation 🥳🥳

Amazing services provided by Dream Relocation... Understanding the requirements and then suggesting on the things is what I like most about them. The owner did a quick visit to our place and helped us understand the time to be taken and assured us with the best of the service and eventually met the commitments made...

I took the service of dreams relocation service and movers for moving my house stuff from Bangalore to gurgaon haryana. And they were perfect in delivering the service as required. Right from booking til the delivery/unpacking of my stuff at my new place ,everything went to smoothly that was edis not even realise we have moved in.the team was polite,sweet and hardworking. Worst transportation service ever they will quote you minimum amount so that you accept it and pick your belongings. When asked for LR they give an excuse that it will be given after the package gets to the main truck. Then they would send an invoice with a higher amount and will tell you if you want the package to give the full amount nothing in advance or so and hence you don't get the chance to negotiate on the amount you don't even know they will be charging. Worst service ever, don't fall for such scams. In my case, I gave them my helmet to drive the bike before it gets packed at their office and they didn't even deliver that helmet nor they are responding after the delivery of the vehicle.

The assignment of packing and Re -location of my hours hold  belongings wit vehicles from Delhi to chindwara was done by dreams relocation service & movers 5th March 2023 .

Used their services for domestic shifting for volume of a 3bhk apptment.sales Mr. Rakesh visited the pikp location and personally verified items ,(during pandemic), shifting staff arrived on time as committed.pacjinng was done as per discussion.packing stuff was of good quality. I took their service in Aug 2023.

They have the worst service.

1. At the time of delivery they increased the charges by 5,500. And said pay otherwise we won't unload.

2. They constantly lied about the delivery timelines. They delayed the delivery by a week. They did not pickup my calls for a few days and didn't reply to any of the messages when the truck got delayed.

3. They have no professionalism in how they talk.

I was dealing with Sandeep. He should learn a few things about professionalism. Don't trust a word of what they say.

From my experience, i can tell, you can trust them blindly. This was the first time when i was sending some of my imp stuffs to some other state. So trust issues were present, but within few days my stuff got delivered in a perfect shape. The team which took materials from my house and Rakesh bhaiya which was handling all these things were amazing. Thank you so much.

Rakesh ji handled my 2 luggages and I am very thankful to him because he handled the luggages very well and given it 2 way protection + the service was effective cost-wise. Although, I feel that they should improve their behaviour professional wise. It would help them in a long run.

I had got a job in kochin, but I was worried about relocating, movers and packers fees from Gurgaon (Haryana) to kochin , fear of luggage being broken and stolen. After inquiring with research and friends for about a month, I came to know of Dreams relocation services, and they shifted the entire house to kochin nicely, the money was less than the quotation of the rest of the companies and all the goods were in good condition in time.
