I recently ordered food from FreshMenu through Zomato, and here's my experience:

*Key Highlights:*

- *Timely Delivery:* The food was delivered right on time, which was great.
- *Food Temperature:* The food was hot, which was a plus.

*Food Quality:*

- *Doujiang Korean Fried Chicken and K Pop Chicken Rice Bowl:* Unfortunately, both dishes had average taste and lacked flavor.
- *Rice Quality:* The rice in both Bowl was not good, which was disappointing.

*Overall Experience:* Average. While the delivery was on time and the food was hot, the taste and rice quality were not up to the mark. Hopefully, FreshMenu can work on enhancing the flavors and quality to deliver a more satisfying meal.

I ordered multiple sandwiches from here, first of all delivery was late moreover the taste of sandwiches were NOT AT ALL GOOD, foul smell, oil was leaking and when we tried to call them they were not responding. Worst place to eat and they claim to be delivering healthy stuff.. not worth at all !

Ordered mushroom sub received Chicken sub!!

I placed an order for a vegetarian dish — clearly specified in my order — but what I received was non-vegetarian. Trusting the restaurant, I started eating, only to realize partway through that I had been served meat.

As a lifelong vegetarian, this is not just a simple mistake. It’s a complete violation of my dietary beliefs and personal values. I feel deeply hurt and disgusted that such negligence could occur. It’s not just about food preferences — this is about respect for a customer’s trust and dietary restrictions.

What’s even more shocking is the lack of accountability from the restaurant when I raised the issue. A mistake of this magnitude is unforgivable for any establishment that claims to care about its customers.

I urge fellow vegetarians and anyone with dietary restrictions to think twice before ordering from this place. This restaurant has lost my trust forever.

Shocking & Deeply Offensive Experience – Beware, Vegetarians!

I ordered a Mushroom Veg Sub from this restaurant via Swiggy, but to my absolute horror, I was sent a CHICKEN SUB instead. I have been a strict vegetarian my entire life, not just out of personal choice, but because of my religious beliefs.

I unknowingly ate part of the sub before realizing it was non-veg. This isn’t just a small mistake—it’s a devastating violation of my faith and principles. I feel deeply disturbed, disgusted, and honestly, spiritually corrupted. This was not just food—it was a matter of religious sanctity, and your carelessness has done irreversible damage.

No apology, no compensation, and zero accountability from the restaurant. How can such a grave error happen in 2025, where dietary preferences are clearly mentioned while ordering? This is unforgivable.

Swiggy, please take this seriously—this kind of incident is not just about bad service, it’s about disrespecting someone’s core beliefs.

I’m never ordering from this restaurant again, and I strongly warn other vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions to stay away. You cannot trust them.

I had ordered pesto pasta but received a tasteless bland white sauce pasta!!!

Had also ordered makhani kofta with rice and Naan.
Rice was hard and of a really bad quality grain !!!!
Naan was like papad!!!
And veg kofta was basically manchurian balls dipped in makhani sauce and not even mixed properly! WHO DOES THAT, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VEG KOFTAS AND MANCHURIAN BALLS!!!
Really disappointing and never ordering again!!!!

Fresh Menu Sector 69 is Fleecing Customers who order Via Zomato, back to back they did not send the total order quantity, if you order 4, they will deliver 3, if you Order 8...they will deliver 5 or 6, Then the Phone number given no one will answer, these days Zomato cannot do much because of higher costs the poor company need to sustain, there delivery boy will say.. The food pack was taped so he cannot do anything... The chat support really empathize... & thats all... After all WE customers need to provide the extra costs to Zomato & to the Fresh Menu guys... Its a trap... Don't fall for it.. I did unfortunately twice within 72 hours
