Vaango! was a pleasant surprise! The Paneer Dosa was tasty and well prepared. I would definitely recommend Vaango! to anyone looking for a casual dining experience.

This is the restaurant for south indian dishes so who is interested in south indian foods they can come here and full your empty stomach I tried plain and masala dosa which taste was so delicious in cheap price . I didn'rt try thr other items but i will go again for taste the other item.

Staff is nice and polite. But food is not that great or fresh as this is a fast food chain so everything is stored and frozen. And sambar is watery and not much vegetables in there.

Place is Hygienic but all options from menu are not available. Their dosa-coffee combo is not that expensive but you can find better eating options near gurudwara outside hospital.

South Indian Food had no authentic taste. It took 25 min to just recive the food( not all but part of order) . Place neet and quite. Also one thing I like is information about vegitable mentioned on walles .

Extremely unprofessional staff at Vaango Medanta Gurgaon. Instead of being more professional with patients and their guardians they have hired even more unprofessional and ill mannered staff with whom people have to deal. The food had anyways disappointed as it is not fresh and above that they have hired ill mannered staff for cheap salary. The lady at the counter asked me to wait for a tea for 15 minutes and i patiently waited then i realised she was already serving tea to people who came after me, and it was then when i asked her again and guess what she had the audacity to ask me to wait again when the tea was right in the thermos. Just to satisfy her ego and show that she was more than just a staff and the customer should bow down in-front of her after paying for overpriced food. @medanta kindly throw such people out of the place if you are determined to run such a crucial organisation as such chhapris dont have any place at important places like hospitals.

Very poor quality of food served in Vaango Medanta . You know that most people are patients or there attendents so they will never raise any issue . It’s better that you serve food with a sense of service maintaining high quality .

Very bad experience. They claim themselves as South Indian restaurant, but don't even know how to make chutney and sambhar the base of South Indian Food. Sambhar was like boiled water with rubbish taste. Chutneys were off the taste. Dosa was one of the worst I had in my life. Dahi was extra sweet in Dahi vada. Vada was too hard and off the taste. Customers most of them are attendant of patients have no option but to have this hopeless food.

Service has deteriorated. For one cup of tea went 7 time lapsed one hour then they said doodh fat Gaya hai. Is it a street tea vendor.
For sambher eating there is no steel spoon. Wooden rough flat spoons are provided what rubbish happening at this place.
Very very regretful atmosphere has been created by staff. No one working with responsibility.

The staff here is just a joke and don't even care about after taking your order you keep on waiting for hours and no one is there to listen and they laugh and later when you ask them they will tell you this order is not prepared and few of the items are sold out.

Worst south indian I have ever tasted in my life. The survice is very slow and improper behaviour of staff, they have 0 % professionalism.

I think medanta management should over look these food courts and the   food quality they are serving. People here are mostly attendents of the patient and they look quality food so that they should not get sick and I believe it is very costly but still not serving quality foods.
