He is ok for service etc but don't buy laptops or expensive products from him. The problem is he buys it from other vendors and then later there is no guarantee with the warranty etc. It's better to buy from an authorized center.

I bought a laptop and extended warranty from him. I had to struggle a lot to get the purchase date corrected with HP so that my standard warranty starts from the correct date. I also bought an extended warranty, but I never received the documentation for the warranty. When I pressed for the documentation he made it sound like it was a trivial thing and started cutting my calls. So my experience was bad with product purchase.

Don't take their services for laptop repair. They overcharge with respect to service centers and were ultimately unable to resolve my problem. Better take the pain to go to service center where atleast repair guaranteed.
