I trusted your platform/service, but this experience is making me feel like my trust has been completely betrayed. I want to know: Why was the order processed when the store was not even operating? Why is there such a huge delay in refunding my hard-earned money? I have already been patient, but now it feels like I am being ignored, and this is absolutely unacceptable. Let me make this very clear – I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund without any further delay. If I do not get a proper response and my money back immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities, consumer forums, and social media platforms. I will not sit silently while being taken advantage of. This is the last warning – either resolve this issue immediately or be ready for formal complaints.
