I am writing this message out of extreme frustration and anger. I cannot understand how it is even possible that if your store is closed, then how was my order accepted in the first place? On top of that, I have already made the payment, yet I have not received my order, nor have I received any refund. This is completely unprofessional and highly disappointing. If the store was closed, there should have been a proper system in place to stop customers from placing an order. Allowing me to place an order, charging my money, and then giving no response or refund is nothing less than cheating. I trusted your platform/service, but this experience is making me feel like my trust has been completely betrayed. I want to know: Why was the order processed when the store was not even operating? Why is there such a huge delay in refunding my hard-earned money? I have already been patient, but now it feels like I am being ignored, and this is absolutely unacceptable. Let me make this very clear – I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund without any further delay. If I do not get a proper response and my money back immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities, consumer forums, and social media platforms. I will not sit silently while being taken advantage of. This is the last warning – either resolve this issue immediately or be ready for formal complaints.
