Add jeeraman to it, it will make it purely indori and the senv needs to be chatpata. By far the best poha I have seen in Delhi NCR. I am a native resident from Indore staying in gurgaon

The samosas themselves were good but the green chutney was not packed properly and it had spilled everywhere and ruined the bag. The delivery person's items got drenched as well. Could have been a much better experience overall.
