Before investing, please be cautious. I had a disappointing experience with Roots Developer — after paying half the amount for a flat, I was pressured to make additional payments, with the justification that 'property rates have now increased.' This was never part of the original agreement. Transparency and trust are essential in real estate, and I encourage others to ask all the right questions and get everything in writing before proceeding.

What drew us to Roots Developers was their reputation, but what made us stay was their approach. They didn’t sell with pressure tactics—they shared a vision. Every member of their team, from sales to site managers, treated us with respect and integrity. When we asked for extra time to evaluate the plot, they encouraged us to take it. When we requested minor changes to the layout, they accommodated us. It’s rare to find developers who lead with empathy, but Roots does exactly that.

We had almost given up on  a property that met our spiritual and architectural needs—until we met Roots Developers. Zero maintenance of exterior walls, roads, no park, no support from roots management or vipul management.
Security level is almost zero, poor construction quality.
Flats having seepage big issues, all you have to do maintenance on your own....nobody cares.

Before buying flat in this society better to take feedback from residents living there.

The CRM team especially, Shalini , Jyotsana and Nischay are super helpful.

The builder is a fraud , before having any deals look at the previous work of the builder . Its pathetic. and all the other review are from his staff only
