Never go to this hotel/ inn if you are planning to stay in Gurgaon.
The main moto of this Touchwood inn is to extract money from traveller going to Gurugram for some Medical checkup in Medanta Hospital. They used to charge in the bill for things like food , water bottle etc even if you do not order it. I was told that airport pickup will cost 1500 including parking fees but in the bill it was shown as misc charges amounting to Rs 1700. They do not have their own car  but will hire a uber or ola and take  extra charges.
During dropping in Delhi airport , they again charged Rs 1500 by hiring a ola/ uber  as I know that no parking fees is needed in dropping in airport.
I have taken only 2 cups of tea in 2 days while staying there and they charged Rs 176 for 2 cup of tea apart from all those gst etc.
False food bill created though I have not taken any breakfast, lunch or dinner.I purchased water bottle from outside but they charged for water bottle in their own bill.
When I asked them about the error in the bill , they replied with attempt to divert from the issue.
Being a traveller ,I know how this hotel/ inn charged extra bill with an attitude to extract money from its guest .
I am putting this review so that any other people planning to stay in this hotel/ inn should know about this hotel/ inn business format. There are lots of options in gurugram to stay but do not plan to stay in this hotel orelse you will  have to pay extra money for things
( hidden false charges) even if you do not order anything from them .
Always prefer to stay in hotel/ inn in Gurgaon who charges genuine rates and there are lots of options for staying in Gurgaon but  avoid this hotel Touchwood inn if you do not want spend your money for things you have not asked for.
It was a worst experience for me where I stayed after seeing their billing system and paid extra money for things which I had not ordered or asked for , including their pickup and dropping in Delhi airport charges by hiring a ola/ car which can be done by any traveller ithemselves.

We experienced an awesome environment and hospitality at this price range. The owner, Mr. Jogindar, the manager, Mr. Rahul, and the staff members (Ravi, Ajay, Sanjoy, etc.) were all very cordial. We were amazed by their excellent service. Although I will request that the owner consider the room fare a little bit. I will definitely recommend them

Excellent hotel with good hospitality. Mr. Ravi is very helpful and will sought out things for outsiders in Delhi 👍🏻👍🏻. The hotel is in close proximity to Medanta Hospital. So can go for this if u require a place to stay near the hospital

Yap.Good friendly hotel with warm hospitality from the staffs,specially Mr. Rahul, the manager. The rooms are spacious with a long balcony and a common drawing and a kitchen.

A very nice hotel and very closely located to Mendanta Hospital. Specially good for International patients and their families who come here for treatment in Medanta Hospital. Hotel Manager Mr. Rahul is very friendly,cooperative and sincere person, he always give practical advice to any query.

Touchwood is a wonderful place for both patients and visitors. Along with kitchen essentials, all other necessary items are also available here. Free Wi-Fi and transport facilities to and from the hospital are provided without any extra charges. Special care is taken to maintain cleanliness, and all the staff members, including Manager Mr. Rahul Singh, are very polite and supportive. Jogenji is excellent guy and makes us more comfortable to stay long time during my mother’s treatment at Medanta Hospital.
