I'm so happy I found Cold Monsters! Their caramel milkshake was surprisingly delicious. It was so creamy and flavourful. Highly recommend!

Although the taste was good and for that only I've given 5 stars but to be very honest, the behaviour of the staff particularly one member who's at the billing counter, it's really disappointing. He treats the customers rudely which doesn't look nice and may affect the brand name. Pls try to improve

Quality of shakes is took good. But I paid my bill through Magicpay. The owner denied accepting my payment & money got deducted. I had to again pay them through Gpay. Restaurant should
