I opted for waxing services from this company, and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Their so-called “professionals” are completely untrained and highly irresponsible. I strongly believe expired or extremely poor-quality products were used on my skin, which caused severe rashes, painful bumps, and continuous irritation.

Instead of taking accountability, they shamelessly tried to manipulate the situation by blaming my skin. They refused to accept that their services and products were at fault. Multiple salons I consulted clearly stated that such reactions usually happen due to improper waxing techniques or the use of low-grade or expired products. Even my doctor directly questioned whether expired products had been used.

When I raised a complaint, Miss Ankita Thapa assured me of either a refund or complimentary services as compensation. Initially, I refused because I had lost trust. However, after repeated persuasion from her, I agreed to give them another chance. After waiting for over a month, they completely denied their promise and again blamed my skin condition instead of their negligence.

This company lacks professionalism, honesty, and basic customer responsibility. I have already sent them a legal notice and filed a case due to the mental stress, physical suffering, and harassment I endured because of their services.

I strongly advise everyone: do not risk your skin or your peace of mind by choosing them.

The massaging techniques had me relaxed and rejuvenated, feeling like I'm walking on sunshine . Your attention to detail and warm hospitality made the experience truly exceptional. First of all I made a very last moment call yesterday to get a beautician, and the gentleman on the call, tried his best to provide the services without cancelling.

I have booked waxing service at home and I must say the beautician is really expert in her work and I loved the service ☺️

I recently booked for facial, dtan ,bleach n pedicure from expert4u  Their expert mamta was incredibly professional, ensuring everything was set up perfectly in my room.

She was skilled and attentive, taking the time to customize the service to my preferences.

What impressed me most that she gv very good massage without rushing it

I highly recommend their home parlor service to anyone looking to indulge in self-care without the hassle of traveling.

I have used their services twice, each time the expert was 20-30 min late. You also cant contact the helpline to track as numbers incoming does not work (quite frustrating especially when other companies are so focused on direct contact with customer) and finally in terms of service they are about okay (not exceptionally great) compareable to your local parlor quality. On the plus side 1) the beauticians are polite and respectful, 2) price point is attractive 3) its at your home, so no need to step away.

Very nice service provider. I highly recommend to use this for saloon service. Expert are very good and expert in their task
