Have been using 4 of their products 2 medium and 2 large since 1.5 years and 2 of them are badly damaged. Bought directly from the brand with assurance of 5 year warranty on damage and scratches but now they are giving excuse of wear and tear. When u make such cheap quality suitcases which break then it is bound to get cracked/broken....

UPDATE
My issue has been resolved after the review and got a replacement for the broken suitcase (As a 1 time replacement on special case as mentioned) and replacement of broken luggage legs for other suitcase.

But please make sure of not bragging about the scratchless thing and warranty on scratches. Luggages are meant to be used while travelling and to avoid warranty an excuse of wear and tear is not needed when your product is for that usage itself with many people handling it while travelling....

Very thoughtfully designed product. Sturdy quality, ample pockets and zips for multipurpose. I can actually have my all 'work from anywhere' kit in this backpack. There is also a very interesting book gripper on the outside so when you are not reading you can simply put it there. Bag is not very heavy and can be easily carried for longer travel. Best part is not you don't have to worry about your laptop or iPad being damaged during travel as the sturdy make of the bag keeps things intact inside.

But the subtle design is the suitcase's strong attribute as it's very versatile for work trips and vacations both . The wheels and trolley are equally impressive. Finally, I can say is Assembly is a great choice for travellers looking for a functional travel bag.
