Extremely Disappointing Experience at Croma

We had a very unpleasant experience with Croma while purchasing a Whirlpool washing machine. We were continuously harassed by the sales executive, Krishna, during the sales process. Despite repeated follow-ups, the machine was delivered very late, and to our shock, it arrived damaged.

What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of ownership from the department manager, Arpit. There was no support, accountability, or solution offered from the store’s management side.

After 11 days of continuous harassment and inconvenience, we finally walked into the Croma store requesting a replacement. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, we were pushed to buy another brand at a higher price, leaving us stuck and helpless as customers.

This experience has caused immense mental stress, wasted time, and loss of trust. As a customer, I expect professionalism, timely delivery, and accountability—none of which were shown here.

I strongly urge Croma to look into this matter seriously and take corrective action. This is not the level of service expected from a reputed retail brand like Croma.

I recently purchased a whirlpool refrigerator, and I’m extremely satisfied with the Sales Person Mr. Prashant Kumar. The fridge not only looks sleek and modern but also performs exceptionally well. It offers ample storage space, excellent cooling, and runs very quietly.

The delivery and installation were smooth and on time, and the customer service team was helpful and professional throughout the process.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and energy-efficient fridge. Thank you for a great product and service!

We dealt with Mr. Arvind and bought electronics for over 2 lakhs which included 2 ACs, one refrigerator, one washing machine, one RO, one iPhone 15 and a Sony LED. It was an amazing experience altogether.

Very poor staff knowledge. Prices of the same product lower on the tata neu app. Staff has no basic knowledge of the stuff they are selling.

We bought a 43-inch smart LED TV two months ago, and after just two months, the motherboard stopped working. Customer care is not providing any support, and the Croma branch in Sector 65 Worldmark is also not responding. Shiv Kumar Sharma, Balram Kumar, and Swastik Kumar are all giving us the runaround. Croma's service is terrible.

Very disappointing service. Even after purchasing the product, the customer has to repeatedly follow up with Croma staff for delivery and installation. This should not be the case after a confirmed purchase. The installation was not completed within the promised period, and I ultimately had to get the TV installed at my own expense. Overall, a very poor experience.

My visit to Croma in WorldMark Mall, Gurgaon was an absolute  pleasant experience. It's conveniently located in the mall, making it easily accessible, and the added convenience of ample parking space is a big plus.

The store is good for tech enthusiasts. It boasts an impressive variety of branded electronics, ensuring that every customer finds what they're looking for. From TVs to laptops, refrigerators to headphones, you name it, and they have it!

One thing I appreciated was the extensive variety available. It was pleasing to see such a vast range in each category, making the store suitable for customers with varying needs and budgets.

The sales staff were well behaved. They were polite & knowledgeable, able to provide detailed information on different products. Their behavior certainly added to the overall positive shopping experience.

Moreover, they provide finance facilities which could be beneficial for many customers looking to invest in expensive electronics but are held back by their budget constraints.

The store is quite large and well organized. The billing counters ensured a smooth and fast checkout process, preventing long queues and wait times.

I recently purchased a laptop from Croma, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to the staff’s excellent service. The employee who assisted me (you can add the name if you remember) was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.

They explained all the features clearly, compared models based on my needs, and helped me choose the best one within my budget. They didn’t push for a sale but genuinely cared that I made the right choice. The billing and setup process was also smooth and quick.

The store does not keep ac on, at 2 pm it is hot and suffocating and gets switched on only when you ask 3-4 times
Some Rahul fellow in phones section tried to cheat you - insisted that my phone was ' bent' even though it wasn't just because he wanted to lower the exchange price!
Not customer friendly, don't know how to talk to lady customers.
Avoid this store, they are not interested in making sales and unhelpful.

No control over installation agency. I unfortunately bought a chimney from here and now I am struggling to get it installed. Buy from here only if you are available 24x7 at that place. They will work as per there convenience.

Liked the overall experience in the

They sell used and refurbished products as new. Recently had a terrible experience with them when I bought an oil-filled heater with them. They sold a dusty, scratchy, used and repackaged product as new.

Worst place to shop from. Staff have no knowledge about product. Will charge you money and then refuse to reimburse. Also Vikas from staff team refused to help and manager also didn't helped. Highly disappointed with experience. When asked for feedback book refuse to provide and left desk. And action against them would be highly appreciated.

Very nice sales person with good knowledge of products and provide you with right advice to get you the best prices.

They do sell most brands and have deals on credit card payments and EMIs. But that's the only positive here.
One feels bad for the staff as they are not trained at all. Product knowledge is 0. Most are busy talking to one another. Check out/ cashier is another story. They take almost 15 minutes entering the most useless details about customers onto a Tab. And if payment is made through UPI, the cashier calls to manager to confirm. This Croma is a joke. DO NOT GO TO CROMA AT WORLDMARK unless it really is an emergency. What a disaster.

The staff has been influinacial and given good information for the oil heater. Thank You
