I recently visited Uncle Chow and was pleasantly surprised by their Veg Fried Rice Combo, which offers a delightful Paleo diet option. The rice was cooked to perfection and the veggies were fresh and flavorful. As someone who prefers to stick to a Paleo diet, I was delighted to find this option on the menu.
