This is a good place for buying your shoes in a regular purpose or as for your Formal wear . Or else it’s really not a good place for fancy shoes or very classy shoes. It has a great stock of sneakers and classic men’s attire for formal. The people in the store really works so good and helps you very well. You can share your feet problems or any problems with them and they can suggest you a good shoe for your feet. The cashier man is really nice and well behaved and it’s a very clean place also a very big place because it’s not so much crowded and also sanitised well.

This is a very good store, all type of items available, but the price of shoes and accessories were more as compared to the quality of product it was just a hype, some items were good and reasonable ,showroom is neat and clean and clearly visible from outside , happy to see the brand having a store in this luxurious mall.

Had a bitter experience in this outlet. Service persons were arrogant and rude . They don’t even care to show shoes as per convenience of the customer instead after long wait  they ll just show the racks . You have to struggle by yourself for finding the right match and size . This happened with my senior citizen mom so  one can understand their service n commitments.

Been to other Bata outlets as well earlier, never had experienced such laid down behaviour .

Btw , they ll insist you to provide 5 star in google 😉

I bought shoes from your south city branch (13jul 2024), They said if you want to exchange shoes in the future, you can change them from any branch, I went to your avani mall branch for exchange shoe yesterday, But they did not exchange my shoe and staff also treated very badly with my mother
I want to know the name of the staff, he went inside without telling me
Please solve my problem as soon as possible

I went to store today. All sales person were busy on phone. When I entered no one even came to assist. When I requested a girl woking there for the price she told the price but she was very rude. They were in no mood to do any sale or business. I request khadim founder to teach them a lesson of customer service.
