Max oulet in Avani mall has very stylish and trendy and season wise unique collection. They are offering very nice collection matching with all season which I like most. Their collection are so unique and cost is so minimum. They have excellent collection of floral one piece over there. They have nice collection of tops also.

Max at Avani Mall has a great collection that's both trendy and affordable. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many options within a reasonable price range. What truly stood out, though, was the courteous and helpful behaviour of the staff. They took the time to explain product details, ongoing discounts, and made the entire shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

Highly recommend this store if you're looking for good fashion without burning a hole in your pocket!

Sometimes they have no collection for xxxl in ethnic women and most of the time in western collections not available in xxxl size. But still I give 4 stars because of the quality of the product.

The max store at Avani riverside mall holds a huge collection of men, women and children's all types of wears and they have a very nice attachment regarding the latest fashion is concerned. Customers fron every age is well satisfied with the standard garments provided. This store is well maintained with very co operative and good behaviored staffs all around. They really help their customers to fulfill their needs and requirements. I am a frequent customer of this max store as I can carry on my latest fashion trend along with their variety if collections in each department. I specially appreciate all the managerial attributes, all staffs including all the managers of this branch. Wishing them all the very best for their future..

Huge stocks, especially the men's section is packed with fabulous articles. Don't dare to miss it, if you are visiting Avani riverside mall.

The women's section is beyond my expectations. Quality is good as compared to the price.

Today I bought a slim fit men's Jean's from there. The lady named "Zoya" (if I'm not wrong) is well knowledgeable, well behaved and very helpful. She helped me measuring my waist size (which I forgot) and choose my perfect fit at first take. Honesty after the trial of the product I went outside to check from few other brands but the quality and the price from MAX was unbeatable. So, I went back and bought what she suggested me. I got 50% discount from MRP and I also loved the quality of the product.

Must say, MAX don't compromise on quality.

Good stocks. Specially children section is well packed with fabulous variances. Don't miss it, if you are visiting this store.

While men section doesn't attracted me much. Women's one stood well as per my expectations. Quality is good if compared to the price.

As puja is around, they are running offer of trolley bag and stroller depending on purchasing amount. Stroller is ok.

It's a very good store to shop.. very friendly staff as well the managers are.. we are very happy to have this store near us...

Liked Max always, but this is little congested. Also, there are not much offers running. All offers for Family people like get dinner set, trolley bag, mixer grinders etc. No discounts on purchase even over 12K.

Worst experience ever they said if there is size issue they will exchange after that when I was going for exchange they said pay Rs. 400 for one shirt for exchange… I was a regular customer but now facing very worst experience this time.

Very poor collection. Visited two days ago,  I don't know why collections are getting worst!  Max Elgin kolkata one is just fabulous one. Collections are so perfect & charming.

Good quality clothes available for all age groups at a reasonable price range. The behaviour of the employees of the shop is also good.

Very bad behaviour of staff i went there today they won’t let me enter inside the outlet cause i was not wearing the mask a lady on the entrance stopped me and said sir no mask no entry i was fine with it but then i saw this staff doing his job just in front of the entrance and even he’s not wearing his mask. Is the rules of no mask no entry are different for customers and staff?? If yes then why? Take a action on this issue or else you fail serving your customers.

Jogindar Pashi at Avani howrah wb 711102 was too rude at me. He was behaving like he is the owner of max & i am his servant. These type of behaviour is not expected from a renowned brand. He was less bothered to show us any product. Just go & learn from any TATA’s retail brand that how to behave with customers. Being TATA employee felt huge insult
