Extremely Disappointed with After-Sales Service and Warranty Policy Misleading

I am writing this review with deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with Lenskart. When I purchased my spectacles (frame with lenses) purchasing date 9 January 2025 , I was clearly informed by the store staff that the product came with a one-year warranty. They assured me that if any issue occurred with the frame—including any manufacturing defect—it would either be repaired or replaced without any hassle during the warranty period.

However, when a genuine issue occurred with the frame well within the one-year warranty period, I returned to the store expecting the same support I was promised at the time of purchase. Shockingly, the staff completely denied any responsibility. They outright refused to acknowledge the warranty or offer any solution, contradicting their previous assurances. This is highly unprofessional and misleading.

I feel cheated and let down as a loyal customer. Lenskart’s credibility is at stake when such discrepancies occur between what is promised and what is delivered. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and that immediate action be taken to address my issue.
Lenskart, please stand by your commitments and provide a fair solution.

I had a very good experience with the staffs here, especially Ritika. They were extremely polite and customer friendly.

Lenskart is using cheap quality frame as well as lens. I have bought 2 glasses (John Jacobs) for rs 6000 in the month of Feb 2024 and in 1 year 3 months the frame started flaking as well as few spot started appearing on the lens. When I approached to shop with my concern they said that they will send it for approval and within an hour they informed that as it is beyond warranty period they cannot repair or replace it. I don't understand how a frame can flake in such a short span of time.
I am using glasses from last 20 years but I have never faced this type of issue in past even with the spectacle bought from local shop. They are procuring cheap product branding it and selling it at inflated prices.
I recommend not buying lenskart product as I am not only the exception, same issue happened with my brother too. Better buy from local shop than buying from lenskart it will cost you one third and product will be also far better.

I received my quite expensive frame from Lenskart, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. This was my first time ordering glasses from Lenskart, and unfortunately, it feels like a mistake. I’ve been using glasses for several years, but I’ve never come across such poor fitting in a frame before.
The fitting was extremely bad and uncomfortable. When I informed them and requested a correction, they did absolutely nothing to fix the issue.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I expected better, especially after paying so much for the frame. I won’t recommend Lenskart based on this experience.

I have a fantastic experience with the staff , products & service at the Avani Mall store!
All the other reviews are copy pasted you shouldn't believe in them.
There obviously are more customers than employees but that's what the mall is for you can request them and they'll try their best to give you good service. I had my eyes tested for free and walked out with 2 Spectacles for ₹3000 total!
It's a steal of a deal!
It comes with a one year replacement warranty as advertised.
I don't they stock any other brands other than their own , Fossil & New Balance.

All staff are very supportive and have a good number or stocks.

A few days back I had been in the mall for some shopping & as I was passing by the newly opened LensKart store, I took a pause to check just casually... I had no intention of buying but the great behavior of the store guys, especially the manager Mr. Rizwan & Ms. Priyanka, another staff there, literally compelled me to buy a couple of specs with their persuasive advertising of the best product for my eyes, as well as the courteous behavior they had offered towards me... Really thankful for the guidance & looking forward to more endeavors in future...

Made two glasses 6 months back with UV protector, working perfectly till now. Service is also very appreciable.

You all also go and have some good quality specs

Experience was fine but charging for everything even a carry bag despite purchasing so many products doesn't make a sense. Soon they will charge for entering into the store a minimum of Rs 10...#BadMarketing

Why wait for the normal and ordinary frame when you can walk in lenskart and get the perfect frame.  I am over delighted with the range of eye glass they have.
