Visited the Titan Eye Plus outlet at Avani mall. Mr. Naazish was thorough with the check up and the spects, power, everything has literally been so smooth and accurate. The staff behaviour is extremely good and the experience was very nice. Appreciate the friendly service.

Being an customer since 2015 i enjoyed the services rendered by the employees. Always excited to visit this store for my spects problem and resolved immediately. My best wishes to all employee of the store.

Had to face harassment after buying a Rayban glass worth 8000/-. It is not at all working under sun even if it is UV protected. I tried to exchange or replace it (not refund), but they are not replacing it by saying as glasses are not damaged so they can't replace it. Also they are mentioning that this glass is for low sunlight only. How the hell a UV protected sunglass worth 8000/- is for low sunlight only. My complete money has gone wasted and this is a huge amount and I got zero support from them. I am a regular Titan eye plus customer but now onward never ever buy any product from here.

I visited Titan Eye Plus, Avani Mall to inquire about contact lenses. Naazish checked my spectacle power thoroughly and explained in detail how to wear and take care of contact lenses. For the free trial he patiently helped me wear the lenses and guided me step by step. His explanation was clear and made me feel very comfortable. Really appreciate the professional and friendly service!

Just heaven for eyes...
Well well, I have an explanation...
The Earth is not less than from heaven in any angle and if we can't see it properly half of our life is gonna be hell and Here comes titan eyeplus, helps to correct your vision with a perfect spectacle, exactly what you need, and helps you to experience all those heavenly pleasure what you want to.
Now let's come to topic...
I have a very very high -ve power of minus twelve and at preliminary times I used to use spectacles made by the local shops and I have to say those weren't perfect at all and didn't solve my issue of eyes properly. But once I tried a spectacle from Titan Eyeplus.. Ahhh... what a feel... just the perfect lens, frame & fitting.  Love it.
Now, let's come to models and pricing.
I have ordered and received two specs of Titan Signature model in a 7 months gap. First order was on July 2022 and the second one was on Feb 2023 and they deliver at a moderate time period of 7 days , an in-store pick up.
Cost:
Each of the frames cost 7999 and the lenses cost 11000 approx. The total cost is 19000 INR. But believe me it totally worth the price.

The staff behavior is pretty cool and friendly and helpful too...

Looking forward to have more specs and frames of this mega brand.

The least I can do is to suggest to "Just go and try it".

I recently visited this Tata company outlet, and while the brand's reputation is impeccable, my experience was slightly marred by some inconsistencies. Although the staff were extremely polite, there seemed to be some confusion - I was asked to choose a frame before my eye test, only to be told later that it wouldn't suit me. The alternative frame suggested was unfortunately too small for my face.

Despite these hiccups, I applaud the staff's courteous demeanor. Overall, I'd give 4 out of 5 stars - for the brand's reputation and for the in-store experience.

Staff were very courteous and polite. Service was awesome. Nirupama helped us find the frame that suited us. Would recommend this place and would come again.
