"I recently visited The Flames and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Keto diet options. As someone who follows the Keto diet, it can often be difficult to find suitable dining options. The Veg Manchow Soup was especially delicious and definitely satisfied my Keto cravings. The staff was also very knowledgeable about the Keto diet and were able to make recommendations. I highly recommend The Flames for anyone looking for Keto-friendly dishes and a great dining experience."
