The team was welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful. They assisted me in choosing what I would actually enjoy rather than just trying to upsell items. Good enough but the place was hot, turn on fans or a/c!!

Atmosphere is very nice. All the staffs are very polite. Service is good and fast.

Foods are tasty and delicious. Always found the food fresh here. I have been visiting the branch for last 5 years, and there was never any issue. According to me it is one of the best KFC branch in Kolkata-Howrah area. Foods here are less oily than other KFC branches. Their smokey are the best. There is ample space and big seating area. Whole place is very neat and clean. Service is quick. Behaviour of the staffs are also very helpful.

I just love dinning in here . As it is situated inside Howrah station , you can afford to stay here more 5/10 mins more just because you don't have to take a bus or vab ride to reach the station after having your meal . It is spacious and the inside atmosphere is nice . There is also a Pizza Hut inside this place .
