I just called Pickles kitchen and spoke with Madhu.  I wanted Mango Avakaya and Garlic Avakaya.  Although the latest Avakaya will take a few days to make, I was very impressed by his honesty and considerate nature.  He was ready to pack the pickles for abroad trip, even with NO extra charges!!
So, although I couldn't buy, I would recommend this store for the sheer customer care they show!!  Thank you Madhu!!
