I had the pleasure of dining at Sichuan and I couldn't be happier with their vegan options. Their Veg Manchuria dish was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. As someone who prefers plant-based meals, it was refreshing to find a restaurant that not only offers vegan options but also does it so well.
