I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Nakshatra Inn and I must say, their egg fried rice was a standout dish. The grains were perfectly cooked and had a nice, fluffy texture. The flavors were spot on and I could taste the freshness of the ingredients. It was clear that great care was taken in preparing the dish. Overall, the sushi and Japanese cuisine at this restaurant are definitely worth trying. I would highly recommend it to all sushi and Japanese food lovers.
