I am currently staying at Iris Co Living PG and would like to formally register a complaint regarding several issues with the facilities.
The washing machine is not working properly and requires immediate repair. Additionally, there is an insufficient water supply in the bathroom, which is causing daily inconvenience. The WiFi connection is also weak and unstable, making it difficult for me to work from my room.
I kindly request that you look into these matters and arrange the necessary repairs and improvements as soon as possible.

No network/Wi-Fi issue in the hotel, and breakfast was not as good as we expected. Overall, it's just an average hotel. It's better to book online because offline booking prices are higher, and online booking offers deals.

I have left the IRIS on 14 DEC 2025 and today's it's 4 MARCH 2026 it's been more than 2 and half months they have not refunded my deposit of Rs 12000. When calling they are not even responding and they are just ignoring the message after viewing it.

Kindly staffs... The food wala dot 8am deliver breakfast in the room.. I experienced several times... Congrats to all

Worst PG in this area.Wifi goes after there is power cut, overpriced.
Washing machine never work, there is no management here, everything in with staffs and most of them are useless

Leaking ac water , room had insects , washroom door lock broken it doesnt close , bed had stain marks , worst experience till now. Room was very dirty , floor dusty , back of bed also dusty .

I stayed in one of the pg rooms here and it was a pretty good experience, until my 3rd month.The food quality kept going downhill , for a week there were problems with water provided, where it would literally mess with your body, saur throat, fever the works . The building is also right next to a coaching center, so get ready to wake up every morning at 5: 30 to crappy music from a loud speaker. But the worst part is now, after i have vacated the pg its been a week and they still have not refunded my deposit, every time I call them up they give out some bogus reason as to why , its a crappy at best mediocre place to live. There are many better pgs in the area for the price.

One of the biggest disappointment this Hotel turned out. We booked through Expedia by looking at the pictures and reviews, but all turned out to be far from true. The hotel wasnt very well maintained, bedsheets were stained. We asked for newer ones, the staff humbly acknowledged to change them but told us all would be similar.

Located near ongoing construction, so was very noisy.

Located in a very deep corner in the streets. The room was ok, but amenities were not good. I've provided a TV in my room but it's not working due to the low balance of DTH. When I asked about it, they said the dish had a problem. Well I'm not a kid right.
