• This ITC Hotels E-Gift Voucher can be redeemed only at ITC Hotels only and not official website.
• E-Gift voucher can not be clubbed with any ongoing offers or promotions.
• Multiple E-Gift Vouchers can not clubbed in a single invoice.
• E-Gift voucher has to be redeemed in full as partial redemption is not allowed.
• No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the E-Gift Voucher.
• GV/GCs are valid for payments related to hotel stays (including room and incidental expenses), dining, home delivery, takeaway, spa services (for in-house guests only), Fabelle boutiques, Sleep Boutique purchases, and applicable taxes at participating ITC Hotels.
• GV/GCs are not valid for banquet payments, third-party services like car transfers, retail spends, or personal expenses including but not limited to medicines and repairs where a pay-out is generated.
• GV/GCs cannot be used to pay for bookings made under: Corporate rates, Group rates, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Any discounted or contracted room rates.
• If the transaction amount exceeds the value of the GV/GC, the balance must be paid at the time of purchase using either cash or a valid domestic credit/debit card. International cards are not accepted.
• GV/GCs can be purchased for a minimum of 1,000 and a maximum of 10,000 per transaction.
• This E-Gift Voucher is powered by GyFTR.
• E-Gift Voucher cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
