Good. Went for head massage. It was good. But no steam machines working to put steam for head. They managed with vaporizer. That 5 mins was wasted.  300/- for 25 mins. Out of which 5 mins steam.
But good to go.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received. Kalyani has no clue what she’s doing—she butchered my eyebrows and completely messed up my facial. If you care even slightly about your face, stay far away from her. She destroyed my look before a very important occasion. Total disaster. Complete waste of money and trust. I was a regular client of Stepin from past 2 years, I really like the service provided by employees  but even though if I am giving a rating of 1 which is the least option, it’s only because of the owner. I had a very bad experience with Step in which made me not to suggest it to any one and not to be their client anymore. I read a comment from their end in this review stating that we care about clients not money. Are you serious? if this was the scene then my experience wouldn’t be like this at all. It’s not about money it’s about the rude attitude of the owner and how she treats. We are going there to do what we wants, not to pay for what they did according to their wish, If this is what u do to a regular customer I am really sorry to say this you should shut this business. You should be happy that you lost a client forever.

Worst parlour ever.
I had my permanent straightening there for Rs. 6000 and it lasted just for 3 days. After my 1st wash my hair turned curly again. Went and explained everything to the owner but she was such a business freak. It happened a month back and still I'm experiencing excessive hairfall because of such worst treatment.

The service was very good which given by the staff and her name is ANJU. She is really good and friendly in nature, really worth it, reasonable too and with good environment.
