In shadnagar store worst service and response from staff and poor in delivery service. They don't even update about late delivery and if we call also they don't respond.

After 10 days booking for delivery and installation came to store means can think about bajaj store service. Time of booking told me 2,3 days to deliver and installation. After my visit they are following up that too when I ask for cancellation.

Worst and worst service I have seen

Limited stock and Models.  They take 3-5 days to deliver. Better order from online. Good for having live experience of products

Worst experience and staff is too bad, except finance team all are not that level. since from 5years am shopping at bajaj, for the first time am seeing this. Hope management take intiate on this.

Worst electronic store i have ever visited there is no proper response for service related problems and they sometimes refuse to talk to us. I have purchased A/C from this store and i got the defective product so i asked them to replace the product but they refused to replace it and for service they have sent technician for two times and now they refused to work also and saying that it was defective and we wont work on it

The staff are not polite. Least bothered to answer the queries of the customers. Any good sale begins with queries and ends with purchase without an iota of worries.

Good response  and they suggest good  product  management  so friendly  and helpful in service  compare to online price TV models is different  we can experience  the product  then we can afford  its.

Good parking place ,but most of the things we think not available there,without items I returned 2 times.

They sold me  a faulty device to me, and after somany fallowups, they replaced it, horrible experiance with store team and customer care team
