• Domino's Electronic Gift Card (EGC) is for ONE TIME USE ONLY, any unredeemed amount will get forfeited.
• Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Domino's will NOT be applicable.
• Redemption will happen on Domino's digital assets i.e. Mobile APP/ Mobile Website (PWA) & Desktop website. In restaurants redemption will NOT be available.
• Domino's EGC can be used to purchase any Domino's product on Domino's India Mobile Apps/ Mobile Website (PWA)/Desktop Website.
• Domino's EGC are available for any denomination between INR 100 and INR 3000.
• Maximum one EGC can be used per order plus Domino's EGC cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Once the E-Gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged.
• No refund will be made for any lost E-gift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift cards balance.
• Balance can be checked from the website www.dominos.co.in/gift-vouchers/balance-enquiry.
• JFL at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of e gift card, without any prior notice in s regard.
• JFL's maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the e gift card.
• Remaining balance in case if the order value is more than voucher value can only be paid by cash. (No other modes of payment are acceptable).
• EGC validity is for six months from the date of issuance.

• EGC Card is not applicable in case of advance ordering.
• Domino's EGC is a bearer's property. Jubilant Foodworks Ltd or Domino's Pizza India will not be responsible if an EGC is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without permission.

Online reviewDomino Store is just below Matro station and They are providing good quality and staff is user friendly. There is enough of space I personally visited couple of time and had a good time there Some Areas of opportunities 1. Dear you used to provide drinking water but seems you have removed it now and that's not fair so I would suggest you could install it again. 2. You used to keep tissue paper and some use and throw paper glass in front place and it was very much convenient for customer to grab them but now especially we have to ask so if you could make it like a earlier would be appreciable. 3. If you are going on bike or two wheeler it is convenient if you are going by car you need to struggle for parking and there is no dedicated parking so next to Domino left hand side there is street and you have to park your four wheeler there. Did not feel safe. 4. Earlier used to provide tomato ketchup bottles but now you have stopped it and we have to purchase it separately 1 rupee each pouch. if customer is dinning in I think you should provide the tomato ketchup. 5. If I make online order need to collect it then I believe you do not provide any carry bag in free I strongly believe if someone is making pizza order then it is your responsibility to provide carry bags. This time I have to make online order within Domino as seems server was down. As i was told. Other too following same. However front stuff was very much supportive and user friendly. Appreciate all support and as always your Pizza is delicious five star.
