• On redeeming E-Gift Voucher,the user has to pay the remaining amount via rest pay-modes.
• E-Gift Voucher is redeemable on all days of the week.
• Refund of money against the voucher will not be entertained.
• Elementia Wellness Pvt. Ltd (Tattva Spa) will not replace or reimburse the value of your E-Gift vouchers if its lost, stolen, damaged or expired.

• Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only up to the delivery of E-Gift vouchers to the final customer.

• Vouchers cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
